Named after the charm of the Mediterranean island, our Moc Ischia is a traditional Italian moccasin loafer made from full-grain calf leather and adorned with an oversize bit ornament, a design touch borrowed from equestrianism. Each loafer is hand-crafted in Italy. Following the genuine handsewn construction of our moccasins, awl, needle and thread are used to handstitch each loafer's tip to the vamp leather, which cradles the foot. The overlapping, waterproof moccasin stitch used for this shoe is reserved for leather artisans with the highest level of skill and dexterity. As a touch of sophistication, the calfskin upper is fully leather lined with supple cow leather for elegant interior sensation.

The foundation of this style includes 100% vegetable-tanned leather soles directly attached to the upper by traditional McKay stitch, which is neatly covered with a highly-polished layer of vegetable-tanned leather. Leather stack heels with rubber keys complete the sole component by direct nail-attachment.
